We got to pick out of a letter, report or poem and I picked a poem because I love poems. Ok, so you are probably wondering why I went from Jamie Curry and now to Stan Walker is because every 3rd week in literacy we change people. My writing goal is to use better words

I am Stan Walker a maori New Zealand singer who was inspired by Guy Sebastian.

I am born on the 23rd of October 1990 with parents April and Ross Walker.

In New Zealand, I went to three schools and boarded at one of them.

I grew up on a marae in Mount Maunganui.

Week 4 Reflection

Welcome to my blog. It is Rosemary again and I am going to be sharing my week 4 reflection with you lovely people.  So each week we have been reflecting on our week to see how it has been going and this reflection is all about how you think it is going with your learning buddy, what your goal is, how you think your time management is going. WALT reflect on our learning

Learning Superpower	What I Did Well	My New Goal
Learning Buddy	I think I did really well with trying to help my buddy when she needed help and I think she really appreciated my help too.	I think for my new buddy and my new goal I need to help my buddy put things on the tracking sheet because last time I didn’t do a very good job of that. I can do this by sitting by my buddy more.
Time Management	I don’t have a problem with my Time Management I think I do really well with it but like I said in my new goal I need to sit by my learning buddy heaps.	Is to not sit by my friends heaps and sit by my learning buddy more. How I could do this is I could meet my buddy somewhere in the Hub.
Choir	I have really like choir because it has been really fun and cool.  My favorite song is probably been ‘Lest We Forget’ because it is about the war and the war is really important.	My new goal is to learn how to go high because I am a low singer. I could do this by getting help from Miss Hill or my sisters.

Hello everyone it is Rosemary again and I am posting my Jamie Curry video for you guys to see. So like I said in my other Jamie Curry things that I posted I have been doing some research on Jamie Curry and for one of our tasks we had to do a video, by the way I did this last week but it is still cool to post it. I am very exited because I worked really hard on this video and it was really fun to and before our video we had to write a script. My video is about Jamie Curry getting sunburnt. Mum: “Put some sunblock on it look’s like it’s going to be sunny.”

Jamie: (Jamie looks at her mother weirdly) “It’s raining outside it’s not going to be sunny are you blind or something?”

Mum: (looks sad)

Jamie: (grunt) “I’m leaving”

Jamie: (got sunburnt and very angry)” Mums are always right!”

Hello everyone it is Rosemary here, and I'm going to be sharing my Jamie Curry writing with you guys.
So like I said in my reading response, I have been doing some research on Jamie Curry and I am not going to say who she is yet because it is in my writing. So what I had to do was find heaps of new information for my writing and it was really fun. The reason I am sharing this is because I am very very proud of my writing and myself. I hope you like it and learn a lot from it.

Jamie Curry

Introduction

Jamie Curry is a 19 year old popular Youtuber and comedian that lives in New Zealand and she is not afraid to make a fool of herself. She can be weird or geeky and she doesn’t care what people think.

Her life

Jamie Curry used to be a local here in Hawke’s Bay but now she lives in Auckland. Jamie used to be a student at Sacred Heart College and went with her sister Tayla. When Jamie went to soccer, her friends and her sister inspired her to make a Youtube page and a Facebook page called Jamie's world so she did. The funny thing is she is bad at technology. We New Zealand should be very proud of Jamie because she is the most famous teenager in the world.

Jamie has heaps of fans but most of her fans live in a Australia, Italy or New Zealand. Sometimes Jamie struggles to keep up with her fan mail but she gets up to it in the end. Jamie wears costumes in her video and that's one of the reasons that makes her funny. She receives tens of thousands of likes on her Facebook page and gets 7 million people a week to follower her.

Other Successes

Jamie Curry was in a music video with Massad. Massad is a kiwi song artist who wanted Jamie to be in his music video. In the video Jamie was a geeky girl from next door and Massad had feelings for her. The song was called Girl Next Door. Sometimes Jamie collaborates with Jamie McDell. They would hang out or make videos with each other. Jamie is an author as well. She has just written a book called They let me write a book! It is going to be published in November 2015.

Conclusion

Jamie is going to be touring the UK with M.A.D a british boy band. Jamie Curry really wants to do everything in her future but has her heart set on being an actress in the United States.
